Palit RMA reliable?

Hello,

I am thinking about getting a Palit video card, but I have not heard of them before. Do they have good reliable RMA service?
They have like 1-2 years warranty and never heard of good/bad things about them before.

Seems that way. Their Euro branch (Gainward) makes people RMA through the retailer, but Palit seems to deal directly with the consumer.

I filled out my RMA request tonight so hopefully I'll hear back tomorrow.

I had a great and easy RMA with Palit. I found them to be very timely and reasonable.

UPDATE: Just got my first card back! Brand new in a sealed retail box. I have to say, the entire process was pretty painless.

Some things to note:
  • Palit does require the original invoice for RMAs
  • Palit doesn't seem to have an American phone number to call for customer support. All communication is handled via e-mail, and you'd have to call internationally to actually speak with a rep.
My -only- real complaint is that they don't update you on the status of your RMA. I got no confirmation from them that they had received my cards, or that they had even shipped a replacement. It just showed up.
