Don't press 4, you can't unlock any cores on that processor. A good test would be around 8 hours, I did it for an hour and have just watched for my system to crash for no reason and haven't really had a problem.

OP; take it one step at a time.

There is no need to go at it like a bull at a gate and guess what the settings that you where given BSOD or crashed?

That is the problem asking for help here, you get setting thrown at you left and right and you have so much to learn young Padwan.

the best bet is:

1) focus on you CPU and your CPU only. Once you have this 8hrs stable on blend and small FFT's then move on.

2) Once it's all stable then focus on your CPU-NB, a lot of whats being said is defiantly putting that cart before the horse.

After you have all these things are set and working stable then focus on other things.

There is no point using other peoples setting because they seldom work. Why I hear you ask?

This, because all hardware from CPU's to RAM from Motherboards to Graphics cards are different. Even if the CPU is cut from the same die as your friends you can bet that one will be better or worse than the other.

So your best bet is to study a bit experiment a bit, thus the experience is just that more rewarding rather than getting a cake mix answer.

Not that I am saying to not listen to what others are saying because that would be arrogant of me, just bare in mind that all these setting that are being suggested may not be stable in your situation.
