I think i have a decent overall overclocked sytem now.

My ram is 1333mhz running at 1600mhz and well i got nice overclocked graphics card as well i think. Not to good clock on the gpu core 905mhz but memory 2150.

Opions? I think i will settle with this config, cause im not planning on watercoolin g. And i have checked all for stability and its 100% stabil.

But u think that i could lower timings on ram? Its 1333mhz running at 1600, so i dont think i can lower timings or?

And i must admit im impressed with that cheap low end mobo i have, i have checked vrms temps and they are fine!

Update* I tried to tighten timings on ram but it result in bsod, maybe higher voltage to mems? They are running stock voltage @ 1.65v.

hmm cpu-nb is that "chipset" on my bios?

whats wrong with your hyper 212? My 955 (same thing as 965) idles at 31 @ 4.0ghz AND 2800mhz cpu-nb (2000stock). Im using a $40 CM n520 cooler with 49degree loads. Those voltages are slightly high, but i recommend tightening down your CPU cooler more, those temps are higher than they should be. How did you go about putting the thermal paste on? Pea sized method i hope?

your going to get much more performance from OC the cpu-nb then you would OC the core. For example, a 3.8ghz core and 2400mhz cpu-nb is better than 4.0ghz and 2000mhz cpu-nb.

Raise the frequency of the cpu-nb. For 2600mhz i would recommend 1.25v min. 1.35v for 2800mhz then trying lowering it from there. CPU-nb is where the performance really comes out. Make sure you cpu cooler is tightened well because those temps are extreme... i do 49degree max loads and lose stability at 57.

I would do atleast 2400mhz cpu-nb frequency and cpu-nb voltage to 1.25v for now. Drop the core to 1.4250v and do 3.8ghz and see if thats stable. Make sure your changing CPU-NB voltage NOT Northbridge voltage! CPU-NB and NB are two different things.

4.2GHz and 2000mhz cpu-nb was 22fps to 30fps in GTA IV. 4.0ghz and 2800mhz cpu-nb was 40fps to 55fps. Big difference.

I would look up the max safe voltages of your ram, but to tighten the timings you likely need to increase the ddram voltage. My ram can go to 1.90v but AMD doesn't like anything over 1.80v. I use 1.69v and i recommend to start at 1.65v and dont hit 1.80v.

Im currently at 7-8-7-24 @1600mhz. Start at 8-9-8-24 then 7-9-7 and then finally try 7-8-7

Yeah you can definitely go higher voltages, i would look up your ram first though, but try anything under 1.80v but i would not recommend it unless you first look up your ram to see the safe voltages
