5GHz day-to-day use - Page 3

I have a chip that can stabley run at 5.0 ghz and pass those tests, but I only ran it for that duration. I don't recommend running 5.0 ghz 24/7 because your chip will degrade, unless you have some golden chip and can run it at under 1.4 vcore and at temps below 65 under load. I run mine at 4.8 ghz 24/7 with a lot less v core and temps drop substantially. I'm also water cooled. Just a heads up from someone who also wanted to run 24/7 5.0 ghz, just to stressful on cpu.

I Think SB @ 5.2Ghz is very good and sweet spot for OC user
Over 5.2Ghz you do not know the difference. and 5.0Ghz 24/7 stable is lot a home work
and lot person @ 5.0ghz 24/7....
