Go with SSD, you'll notice massive performance gain. Won't notice anything by upgrading to 2600k (at least with what your doing)

If we can only chose those answers, SSD.

But I would invest in a videocard. SSDs aren't that amazing, especially if you already have a fast hard drive. I have a C300 and it did decrease my boot time a bit but that's pretty much it. And that's coming from a plain, 4 year old Segate Baracuda.

With BF3 coming out, why not get a new card so you can max it out at 60FPS.

I could never go back to normal HD's.... GET SSD ASAP.
Never feels better then fast loading, reminds me of he Nintendo 64.

You are already starting out with a powerful enough cpu for gaming. Future upgrade path, if it were me would be SSD then Vid Card and finally CPU (assuming that by that time some new architecture hadn't already been released)

If you buy a card today to max out a game in 5 months, you're doing it wrong.

Just SSD. You won't notice the difference between the i5 and i7. If you get bored, OC the tar out of your 2500k

If you buy a small SSD just to put Windows on and a few program files will it make that much of a difference or do you need to add all files to the SSD (incl. all gamefiles) to have it running faster?
