I realize that sks72 allegedly did not have DNETC stats (explains the low numbers i was seeing)
Between the 7th and 9th, team Overclock.net got 11,097,269 (9th), 14,445,398 (8th) and 10,512,365 (7th). So roughly around 35 million.

My states were correct, but I wasn't running DNET, only PrimeGrid.
DNETC stats matched BOINCStats numbers for several folks I checked on, including DarkRyder. BUT, the BGB stats were in left field somewhere...
It looked like DNETC numbers got added to BoincStats total numbers or something. BoincStats already includes DNET, so don't know what that was about.
I got about 3.8 million points, nobody was close to me at all.
DarkRyder has a6990 that I KNOW puts out tremendous numbers. Personally, my Prime Grid numbers matched BoincStats numbers.... that is all I know for sure.
Soo, we all know for a fact some things were messed up, so I say my car dragged the fastest down the quarter mile, but what the hell, it wasn't my fault the lights burned out on the competitions lane! LOL!
So, I vote this was practice contest to see where bugs were. Once a more reliable method gets put in place, tested, and proves itself (ahead of time), let's do it again for real! BOINC Stats snapshots at the start may be the best method.... take 3 pics 15 to 30 minutes apart, when the last two match, let em go!
Do the same for the finish, take 3 pics 15-30 min apart of BoincStats, when 2 match for all participants, end of contest...
JMHO
