I second this, lol its ridiculous how people get fired up over hardware, is it just me or does all these bulldozer threads have endless amounts of sandy peeps crapping on them, please give it a rest!

On topic, glad were not seeing any delay super excited to see what these can do, still think its a stupid name "bulldozer" if they don't rape sandy, which i honestly can't see it happening!

i dont get it, will my 890fx board support these chips or no? in he image it implies it will be but ive been reading everywhere else than it wont? lol

My guess is that Bulldozer will be delayed. Unfortunately, AMD has been very bad getting CPUs out on time as of late. I really have a hard time believing everything will be on time since they have not gone to the trouble to even tease us with any kind of even partially solid performance numbers. They're being way too secretive. Unless they are marketing geniuses and have some awesome trick up their sleeve (BTW, AMD marketing is practially non-existent), I just don't see it happening. I also hate that slide that says "Superior positioning to Intel than Phenom X6 today". That doesn't tell us anything other than BD will be better than Phenom X6. Don't get me wrong, I would love for this chip to come out on time and exceed SB performance (not just performance for dollar) like the original Athlon 64 did. My first computer build was an Athlon 64 3200+ and I'd love to see that kind of scenario again with BD smashing SB like A64 did to P4.

Did AMD release performance teasers or marketing stuff with Athlon 64,or were they just as secretive with the current situation on Bulldozer and the Llano APU?

Fixed the bold. Also,
How is Llano late? If anything it's probably coming early as it was expected to have a Q3 2011 release!
