Like the title of the thread says thinking.gif Which would you choose if these were your only choices?

Gigabyte GTX 470 SOC OR Gigabyte GTX 560ti SOC

The plan is to go SLI in the late summer/early fall biggrin.gif

Your best bet would be the 560ti, more efficient and powerful.

From what I gather GTX 470 @ 800mhz = GTX 560ti @ 1ghz, I am @ 840mhz.

I did a similar comparison about a month ago....I decided that the extra vram was more important.

If you're going to be on Air, I'd take the 560 Tis, especially considering you plan on going SLI.

470s have a lot of potential under water though and have a bit more VRAM on standard models.

I'm not worried about the heat. For myself, like bluedevil had stated, I was thinking about the extra vram and if you take a little time and check out these 2 reviews you will understand why I'm kind of leaning towards the 470 SOC.

GTX 470 SOC_guru3d review VS GTX 560ti SOC_guru3d review

Overall performance numbers are very closed, even after OC'ing. From this it appears the GTX 470 SOC is actually the better buy thinking.gif Am I overlooking something?

Never heard of a Delta 750w PSU. It might stuggle with two 470s and a overclocked CPU, something to consider. I would go with the 560 Ti's (this is coming from a 470 owner).

Really? more powerful?
How do you come up with these things?
They're about equal in performance
If you want less heat 560 Ti
If you want more vram 470
