Turtle Beach - Ear Force PX5 Wireless

Thread Starter
I'm current sporting the Fatality series gaming headphones I bought a few years ago, needless to say the sound quality isn't to great and they are becoming very uncomfortable to wear for longer than a couple hours at a time. I'm looking for a new headset that will provide comfort with performance and I've been leaning towards the PX5 headset from Turtle Beach. I've read reviews from lots of various sources but I'd like some real personal experiences or suggestions for gaming headset.

Here is a link to the headset I am looking at, the bluetooth feature I don't care to much for but the wireless aspect is very nice.

(Sorry for long URL, if anyone knows how to hyperlink it let me know )

I can get those bad boys for about $180, but if someone can steer me to another headset that is on par for cheaper let me know. I'm am more than willing to compromise because the whole cable thing doesn't really bother me, its just a luxury to not have the cables in the way

Overall here are my main goals I am looking to achieve:

Comfort (4+ hour gaming sessions)
Sound Quality
Integrity
Performance

Read the links in my sig. Especially the most recommended products thread.

You'll be disgusted with what you were about to buy after reading it hopefully.

You do NOT want those headphones if you at all care about quality. You do not want wireless if you at all care about quality really.

You do not want Turtle Beach, or Fatality, or any of that crap.

If you absolutely need a headset, look at the Sennheiser PC 350s or 360s at that price.

If you want the best your money can give you, look at headphones+ a clip on mic.

Again, read the thread.
