Seems like I'm getting a bit of acceleration in CSS with my spawn, and yes its off in the software.

Though, I was drunk last night while I was testing.

LOD is less than 2 CD's on Puretrak Talent. With 1 CD, it might register a pixels worth of movement here or there (moving the mouse around, but staying over the hole in the CD), possibly due to the coarse black/blue hex pattern still being picked up; basically it's on the verge of not tracking any more, and raising it any higher at all causes it to stop altogether. Honestly, this is as good an LOD, as I've ever seen for an optical mouse. The cursor doesn't do anything funny during lifting or setting it down either, it stays put. Even if I keep one edge of the mouse down on the mousepad and tilt the mouse up and to the side to lift, instead of lifting the whole mouse straight up, it might register a pixel or two of lateral movement, but that's it. I should mention, I am only using the 800 dpi setting with Windows pointer speed at 4/11, and have the other dpi settings disabled, so I can't really comment on the 1800 or 3500 dpi. So far, I can't fault the Spawn's tracking in any way, now that firmware Ver. 32 is here; it's as stable, predictable and responsive as I could wish for. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see the DA 3G (even with extra skates and Red LED mod) finally de-throned by the Spawn, it's that good.
