The Audio Technica AD700's are great cans. They may lack bass compared to other headphones, but I think it more than makes up for it in separation. They're great for both gaming and music (especially high quality prog rock/metal).

I don't think I'd listen to Dubstep with my AD700. I'd want more bass then that...maybe my M50.
Personally I have no problem gaming FPS with my M50...but many think it lacks the soundstage.
