Most comfortable FPS mouse?

Thread Starter
I have a sidewinder x5, and recently it's been making my hand really sore. I thought it was carpel tunnel, but the thing has just grown to be too uncomfortable for my hand. I play a lot of FPS games, so something with high DPI would be greatly appreciated.

Might want to add a bit more information:
Right/Left handed?
What grip Palm/Claw?
This will help, in my experience on this forum, people track down a good mouse for you

FYI,

Carpal Tunnel will feel like irritation in your wrist bones, as the nerves are getting irritatted. Hand pain, could be that sidewinders are HUGE and you are having to stretch out for prolonged periods of time.

I have had good experience with the logitech MX518, G500, and the razer lachesis

slick feet and a good lazer help.

What other mouse have you used in the past?

What kind of grip do you use?

The sidewinder and the Naos have the same feel...and the sidewinder is not Huge...

It's smaller than the MSIE 3.0 or the Naos 3200.

It's that damn hump in the back. It has a HUGE hump. But I'll definitely check those out, as the others that have been suggested.

As for the pain, it's more muscle pain/tingles after playing for too long. Recently, it gets pretty bad after an hour.

+1 too that. I really love my G9x its gone down in price its comfy, and is got a great change for the DPi settings. If your looking for something with a little more money try the R.A.T 7 or 9. Both have 4600 DPi but the 9 has 15 user commands, you can set.
