It's that damn hump in the back. It has a HUGE hump. But I'll definitely check those out, as the others that have been suggested.

As for the pain, it's more muscle pain/tingles after playing for too long. Recently, it gets pretty bad after an hour.
the hump is exactly what I meant by HUGE, if you palm the mouse it is near impossible to reach the front buttons without long fingers.

as for the pain, you can google carpal tunnel stretches to find some stretches that can loosen up your wrist and hands. also good to make sure you have a rest for your wrist or arm wrests on your chairs for support... could be a blood flow issue.

I have the same problem, carpal tunnel, and I play only fps, changed different mouses (deathadder, mionix saiph,gx9 and msi starmouse gs.502) but I haven't found a comfortable mouse for my problem yet. Then I changed my pad and I found immediately a better feeling with less sore and pain. Roccat Sota is its name and my mouses (all of them) are surfing as on ice now, I had to reduce DPI (1000, 1400 max) and the movement when playing are reduced with a lot of benefits for my forearm and wrist. Before changing your mouse with another one with high dpi (I know exactly your effort and the sore while moving the mouse for long time) try this: http://www.roccat.org/Products/Gamin...s/ROCCAT-Sota/.
Hope it helps

I'm a big fan of the Deathadder and I find it really comfortable, but I'm sure it varies greatly between individuals. Your best bet is to go to your local computer store and test out the feel of each mouse, and then make your decision based on how they feel.

If we're only talking about comfort, look no further than the Naos 3200/5000. I previously owned an MX518, Razer Copperhead/Diamondback, and I tried a G7 and Deathadder. The Naos is just far superior to all of those mentioned in terms of comfort.

Who cares about comfort anymore the sniper button on the R.A.T. series is the single greatest feature any mouse could ever have for FPS games. One red button to rule them all.

they need to release a new one with the 3090 sensor then, optical with prediction and laser with gay positive acceleration doesn't cut it for me.
