MSI PRO e - Dead ?!?

Hi,

I need some advice what to do ...
Today, I turned on my pc (I7 950, 12 Gb ram 1600 CL9,2x 6950 twin frozr II) watched some news, facebook ,etc.
I noticed that I have 1 left FAN for my PC from work (got from some new case, quiet with normal connecotr SYSFAN), so I wanted to install it because I needed more airflow .
So installed turned on , AND no BEEP !
Tried agan NO BEEP (ofc normal booting sound of Corsair H50, etc) after 5 sec It rebooted and again no beep. It stays just like that (turned on).
ANY ideas ???

EDIT: Tried both GPUs separatedly , still nothing

PS: It's really possible to destroy board by connecting SYSFAN bad way ?
PS2: If I'm going to RMA it ,and I had OCed my CPU did I void my warranty ?

First try taking parts off your build (like only using 1 stick of RAM and alternating)
Is there any power light? or any activity at all? If there is not then I would Test the PSU by using a paper clip. If your PSU seems to work then you could have moved something to have exposed wire or metal that is shorting out your motherboard. I would take the board out of the case, and try running it with the bare minimum, and double check all of your cables.

I guess it is possible, but I doubt it.
No, OCing your CPU doesn't affect your mobo warranty, just make sure that you don't bend your pins.

Ok , I will try RAM tomorrow.
Also as I said I tried different GPUs in different slots.
Also tried whitout WD green.
And yea, 5 leds which signalizes PWM of cpu are on (I turned it on in first setup ), PCIe Led is on and ofc led of mobo is green when it's on , so nothing weird.
Also tried all HDD leds and these things to remove and turned with mobo switch, still nothing.
Also tried clear CMOS button when starting (but I'm not sure how to activate it - anyway pressed many times).
That paper clip and RAMs will try tomorrow after school.
I will even check CPU.

BTW it's second MoBo which became dead under my hands in 3 months
