Do you plan on using this for just gaming? If so, I would suggest going for the Phenom II X4 970 BE instead of the hexacore. The most cores I've seen utilized by a game is 4, and that is only a select few games.

Yeah I'm planning on using it for games (mostly) want to get this built before diablo 3 lol

and the x4 seems like the better buy

ok first off why the 970 just get the 955 and overclock can easily hit 3.7ghz on stock voltage and be 100% stable

the reason i say that about the hardrive more reliable better customer service and way better overall quality did i mention when you get these drives setup the cav black 640gb 32mb cache in raid0 they realy start shining bigtime i think i was pulling like 208mb write and 275mb read in raid0 lol so as i said this drives start rocking bigtime in raid0 that is what i have wrote down on my booklet here of previous benchmarks with hdtune pro and that is on my other system with a amd 955 be clocked at 3.7ghz and msi 790fx-gd70 on stock voltage

why not go intel, the AMD 970 going run very hot and getting outdated. The intel i5-2500k is a beast to use as stock or OC. Or maybe wait for the new AMD bulldozer whenever it plans to come out.

I would save some money from going the regular HD 6870 instead of getting one that is OC for more money. You can simply OC to 940 mhz if you wish.

Do you really like the 800D? Do you need such an expensive case?

Save some money here and there and add a SSD and go intel i5-2500k instead. It will be the best upgrade to your computer.

Are you using stock heatsink or aftermarket? If you're going to overclock the CPU your best bet is to get an aftermarket heatsink.
