Done, gona see if that works.
Btw, is it important for me to turn on TPU switch on MoBo?

After disabling both C3 and C6 and overclocking CPU to 5.1GHz, PC shut itself down before restarting again 5 seconds after new BIOS bootup. Then I looked BIOS and C6 was enabled but C3 still disabled. Overclocked again to same thing and seems running fine now.
Is CPU Voltage = 1.360V and CPU PPL Voltage = 1.798V good? Is it fine leaving Internal PLL overvoltage = enabled too?

Thx

Internal PLL overvoltage has nothing to do with the PLL voltage. Internal PLL Overvoltage unlocks about 5 higher multiplier levels (actually it just unlocks ~500mhz higher frequency, since you would run into the same wall if you used BCLK with a lower multiplier also), while PLL voltage is the supply voltage of the clock generator.

Intel hasn't released any information on how PLL overvoltage works. But you can NOT substitute PLL overvoltage for raising PLL supply voltage (if it needs to be raised for some reason). For an example: raising PLL voltage to 1.86v causes a prime blend BSOD that used to happen in 5 minutes, to happen in about one hour, at 4.5 ghz and 1.236v load vcore. Turning on PLL Overvoltage and leaving PLL voltage at default (1.8v) at 4.5 ghz, causes the BSOD to happen in 5 minutes again, which is proof that PLL Overvoltage does nothing to the PLL voltage.

(Note that raising the PLL voltage to 1.86v at 5 ghz also stops idle/light load bsod's with 1.410v in BIOS when using LLC2 (having my light load vcore slightly lower than full load).

Alrite cool, gona update BIOS once more.
But about my previous questions, should I leave TPU and MemOK! turned on?
Could u also answer for my CPU voltage and C3 + C6 thing? :0

Those voltages are more than fine. PLL overvoltage should be enabled unless you're having overvolting problems.
