Bulldozer on current AM3?

Thread Starter
Yep just what the title says. Probably one of the most popular questions being thrown around right now. I have been doing some research and haven't found any conclusive answers to this question. Anyone else have any input?

Depends on your Mobo, and you will be missing some power features but if you have the right board a BIOS update should let it run.

If its the board in your sig, I doubt it due to the fact that its an Nvidia Chipset, they have been silent so far about updating and letting them work.

usually AM3+ means BD ready boards, kind of a future proof really. Mine is AM3+ ready, you can buy them for as cheap as $60, i don't know about 890fx chipset though... my board was $200 but i highly recommend it, great quality and OC.
