About to pull the trigger on Mechanical Keyboard. Recommend Please

I want a mechanical keyboard for my mac (no I don't want a mac keyboard).

Price: Less than 150 shipped
Noise: Preferably low. Cherry MX Browns sound appealing.
Tactile Feedback: Yes
NKRO: Yes
Backlight: Preferably

What would you recommend? I was about to pull the the trigger on one of the DAS Silent keyboards from amazon. Then I saw the XArmor and was conflicted. Then I realized I wasn't even considering brands like Filco etc.

Is something considered to be the best? Help me out.

Most of us buy a lot of keyboards just to understand that there is no best keyboard. Ever.

Don't worry about which keyboard you will buy first. Since there will be the second, the third, etc., any keyboard will be ok for you right now.

DAS silent is good for a start. For quality with expensive price, go for a Filco straight away.

You need PS/2 for NKRO and I'm not sure if Macs do, but any good mech keyboard is going to have a larger kro then you'll ever use. I would say go to amazing and pick up a Filco, you won't be let down.

Back lighting is either going to come at above your price range (deck) or with quality issues (xarmor).

Obviously he meant amazon. The only mech. keyboard I recommend is Filco.
If you can't afford a Filco, then Ducky and Leopold in that order.

Thanks for the responses guys. Ive seen Filco pop up a few times. I want a full sized keyboard and all I can see offered online by filco that meets that is the majestouch 2. If something is wrong with it do I have to RMA out of the country?

Just don't order $200 Series 7 Braun shavers from Amazon. They won't take RMAs on those if they are broken (I know this from personal experience).

@ripster manual razors feel better anyway

But seriously if there is anything wrong with your Filco you are incredibly unlucky, the only problems I've ever heard of people having with a Filco was something like a stabilizer not being seated quite right. You can fix that yourself in about 2 minutes.
