[COMPLETE] Full loop in a K62

Thread Starter
So i finished putting my pc together after leak testing it, was good fun and a learning experience, tubing wasn't my friend, but with some bashing s'all good .

Few quick piccys (**** quality, used phone) ill try take some better ones later.

then solid pump mounting lol

Idle temp right now is 12c and with a quick 30 min run on prime load was 22c (according to core temp so don't hold me to that )

All in all, very happy with how it looks, only downside, is the pump is vibrating and making noise. Nothing too bad, but i can live with it (i used the pad that came with pump, obviously not enought ).

EDIT: This my first watercooling build by the way, so be gentle!

Wondered that too, then considered that he lives in Australia, and it's winter there. Wikipedia says it can get down to 15C on a winter day, so I assume this guy also has the AC running to bring down 4 extra degrees. Cool@Quiet by AMD decreases idle temp, so it all goes together.

That, or simply put, a temperature sensor is really messed up.

Nice. Did the cd-rom drive bay cage come out easy with removing the screws?

And where did you mount the cd-rom? I like the idea. Got pics?

I'm guessing rivets probably.
He either doesn't have one or uses an external one.

OOOH! I thought you meant you had a complete loop with an AMD K6/2 system. Almost fell out of my chair with joy.

Sweet setup though

Haha thanks, GPU block comes in stock soon, so interesting to see what the temps are like then. Also hanging out for summer to see how it handles. To give a brief comparison, my H50 with push/pull reached 45c in prime with a very similar ambient (~3 degrees maybe).

I just focus on detail, made sure everything fitted etc. Took my time and tried to stay calm, can't say i did when removing the 5.25 bay, it got caught on something so i pretty much ripped it out
