I don't think so. I believe they're quite comparative with pricing with the "top tier" MoBo companies such as Giga and MSI..

You could also confirm or check via newegg prices and their features.

Like comparing MSI z68A-GD80 (239.99) vs ASUS z68 V PRO (209.99)

How is ASRock vs Gigabtype MB quality? Are they pretty comparable? How is the support?

How is GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3-B3 MB and it is on sale so for 105? It doesn't have VGA but seems i have video card, it doesn't really matter?

Depends on what you plan to do with it. I don't think that board would OC too much.. just guessing cuz it only has a 4pin power connector for the mobo and a few phases/vrm.. but for 105 bucks, I don't plan to complain about it.

dont get the first gigabyte mobo, unless you don't plan on using CF/SLI because second card will cover half of the SATA ports.
