6950 post-processing defect?

Thread Starter
So a while ago i got a brand new 6950 2gb by sapphire. Ive been very pleased with the card overall except i have now been noticing some weird post-processing/blood artifacts? They only appear when i move and they appear in green and redish spots and only in bloom/post processing places, different glows and stuff and they're pretty much in every game (in all fps games at least). Also they seem to completely disappear when i have post-processing / bloom turned off.

Also, everything atm is turned to stock clocks/volts and you can see my specs below
I Also have the newest drivers 11.5b (some kind of hotfix) i belive

Here are a some pics.

EDIT: video up http://youtu.be/arI7raaHwxE

EDIT: 2nd video up http://youtu.be/mzt9ULxG2kQ?hd=1 (watch in fullscreen and HD)

Sorry for the blurry/ghosting pics, i had to move in order to create the "artifacts" but i hope you get the idea

Anyone experiencing the same thing?

Theres no way i can tell from those photos, the quality is too bad, sorry lol.

Have you checked your CCC settings? make sure morphological filtering is turn off (biggest load of cr*p). And try Standard AA, as aposed to edge detect and retest? Also, make sure 'AMD Optimized' Tessellation is on.

If you have fiddled around with all the possible settings, Reinstall your drivers, (install the 11.5a Hotfix if you haven't already) and try again.

If your still getting those post-processing shader artifacts after that, it may need to be RMAd tbh unfortunatly, because i've experienced none of what your describing. But the RMA is a last resort of course.

Edit: you updated the OP i see.

idk, i can see them pretty clearly, for example look at the sun in the bf2 picture, you can see red and green kind of spots, marks that appear when moving, and also the furmark pic, you can see the edges are really green and redish and the color is messed up, no?

also im using the 11.5b hotfix and set everything to default in CCC

That's a function of your monitor.
It increases respond speed for some small artifacts.
I noticed the same when I had my Samsung monitor set to RTA.

You can turn RTA (response time acceleration) off by going into the menu of your monitor and disabling it.

PS If you record it with something like FRAPS it won't show up at all, because your monitor applies it. (after it is processed by the GPU)

I see it in team fortress and in BFBC2,just looks like plain old artifacting to me,i get same in BFBC2 when i push my VRAM over 2050Mhz when my cores at 915Mhz.

If thats at stock clocks then id be off to do fresh driver install of whatever the latest stable drivers are,not necassreliy the latest drivers, but the last stable drivers...the ones most people reccomend and find stable in all games.
Its possible it may be down to drivers.

If its still there after a fresh correct removal/install of stable drivers then id be looking at sending it back,again....only if thats at stock clocks though.

EDIT:

Can i just ask you, exactly what do you mean there?

As far as i know a monitor should not be increasing anything to artifacts.
Artifacts are not something that should be there at all!
