Cpu sure but gpu is too tedious with all the vrms and memory chips (and there are plenty of cases of people chipping vrm's) or too expensive with the full cover blocks that only work on 1 gpu. Especially when an overclock of the gpu will usually only get you 10% more of actual in game performance. The money spent on the full cover block get's you half way to a second gpu which in some cases can double your performance.
