WHOA! This confused me!

Basically, is there a difference between gaming with a low profile GPU and a standard size gpu of the same kind, i.e. AMD HD 6570 1gb?

The shape is less wide, so that it fit in smaller cases. There are sound cards like that too. Performance wise, none whatsoever.

nope unless otherwise stated. look at the clockspeeds etc, they may be lower due to have a smaller HSF

sorry been eating. 45970's does not work, that would be octo fire and only 4 graphics cores are supported. i was just seeing what it would look like in your case. those builds are not mine, they are ones that i built at work. there is no specific need to OC really. the other build is fine for light gaming. you might want to upgrade the graphics at some point in time and that case wouldnt be very good for a more powerful card i dont think
