Cheap PCI fan controller

Thread Starter
I'm giving my brother my sig rig, but I'm throwing it in another case. So there is this issue with the Blademaster fan on the 212+. Its kind of loud running on 12v. Can anyone recommend me a PCI fan controller that will do? The cheaper the better, but I don't want it to be a POS.

I've used the [ame="http://www.amazon.com/SENTRY-Touch-Screen-Fan-Controller/dp/B002L16OMO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1306529364&sr=8-1"]NZXT Sentry 2[/ame] twice, one in last rig which i sold to a local and my current rig. It's cheap and works well, i've never had any problems with it.

can you just plug it into the mobo or no? you could also just run it at 5v.

For a PCI slot fan controller, Sunbeam has this:- (US$8 + $2 shipping)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811992003

Zalman has one cheaper (US$8 with free shipping) but it is not PCI slot type:-

I hope either one will help you out.
