yes ive tried another monitor that i know for a fact works because it is plugged into another tower computer.

Those 4 LED's are the CPU power phases (1-4 loading step process), so the CPU/RAM/Mobo/BIOS/NB/SB is working fine.

Have you tried onboard video with graphics card removed? I saw this mentioned earlier but no answer. Also for dual channel memory you need both sticks in same color slots. I would pull graphics card and try to boot with onboard graphics. Not just changing connections.

I just ordered all of this stuff either sunday or monday, I spent all the money from my last paycheck and some from the check before on all this, im only 17 and work at mcdonalds. To me this was a big investment $550 i only have like 20 bucks to my name now I cant afford to buy any new parts :/

and yes i took out the graphics card and am trying onboard graphica card still nothing and it is not the monitor, i have both sticks of ram in same colored slots..

ive done that with the ram ive done that with the graphics card changed the 4-pin re-done all the plugs and the speaker makes no noise when the computer stars up so i cant hear the error codes

reseated cpu? All thats left that I havent seen mentioned. Take out cpu and reseat.
