Hello I have an ASRock P67 Extreme6 mobo that has dual gigabit LAN teaming capabilties. Need some suggestions on some good routers that will do this. And what specs am I looking for in one of these. Suggestions please.

You can hook up both ports to a switch even to take advantage of them. It's kind of unnecessary though your actual internet speeds won't increase -- that's limited by the ISP. The dual gigabit ports are useful when your doing internet connection sharing or if you hook up both to a switch to transfer huge amounts of data. Also they can be used for server capabilities. I'm not exactly sure what your trying to achieve.

Just gaming and normal downloading music, media and games. On my network in windows in connections it says I'm at 100mbps. Ya I got comcast high speed and I don't think that gets 100mbps. Makes sense.
