Could anyone suggest a videocard that costs no more than $130 that could increase my fps nicely?
WOW you have just about the same setup I had two days ago. Even the same HD 4550.
Only difference is that your PSU is already good enough.
Get an HD 6950, it's around US$220
HD 6950 1GB
$243 ($223 after rebate)
HD 6950 2GB $263
($233 after rebate)
HD 6950 will let you run any game at max settings with very good framerates...
I get 60-100 FPS in Just Cause 2 on max settings at 1280x1024 resolution.
It's also a quiet card. It doesn't scream or anything. Well, the Sapphire version at least... and it comes with crossfire bridge, HDMI cable, DVI-VGA adapter, etc. so I recommend the Sapphire version.
