Just found Audio Card

Thread Starter
Okay, so I just found a Creative Audio CT4750 along with a bunch of other PCI/AGP/PCI-E cards, all of them being older. I am wondering if it would be better then the audio on my onboard slot. It the headphone port, so I know it will work with my carachais and my 5.1 receiver, based on what I have now. I just need to know if it would help at all to have this in it, otherwise it may got to an older build.
Thanks in advance.

If you are running Windows 7 chances are it wont work. Creative has no driver support for their older cards in W7.

I highly doubt it would work, but being that there is a windows xp version of the driver available on creatives website, you might be able to use the driver in compatibility mode.
