Advice on what I should upgrade?

What things do you think I should upgrade on my rig?

I jumped into building my computer quickly and the inside of my case is a mess.. Cables everywhere, I'm using stock cooling, and my psu buzzes often.

I've pretty much planned on getting a new:

Cooler (Water) - I really need help on this one, I know nothing about water cooling, but along with my cooling setup I'd like to get some high performance yet quiet fans. (No LED's.)
Power Supply (Modular, <700w)
Case (Full Size) - I would love to have a silver/aluminum case that goes along with my iMac 27" display, something similar to this maybe but cheaper (although I can't find anything close to it): http://lian-li.com/v2/tw/product/upl...120/flyer.html

Budget: $500

Thanks.

I have finally decided on 2 of the parts I need:

SeaSonic X750 Gold 750W - PSU

Corsair Obsidian Series 800D - Case (Will be powder coated more than likely)

Now that's left is cooling...

Suggestions?
