Other than wattage, what's the difference between the two?

From what I've seen they're absolutely identical aside from there output wattage. Both have the same 80mm fan and case as well.

Just different switching transistors, +12V rectifiers, and primary cap, which is what makes one a 430W and the other a 380W.

Otherwise identical.
