Trying to overclock Atom D510 Dual

Hello. New to both this site and overclocking so I'm trying to cross all my T on this. Just got the Shuttle X350 Ion. It's board is as stated in the title with the NM10 chip set. It also has the Nvidia Ion graphics.

My brother said it should run most anything I need it to but from searching online I'm finding it might not. So now here to learn how to make it better. It's 1.66 dual core but I want to bring it up to about 2. How do I do that? Should I put it higher? Also is there anything I can do to over clock the graphics? It's the 512 ion. Thanks before hand for all the information and I'll take all the help I can get.

If the motherboard's BIOS doesn't support overclocking, then you're pretty much stuck. Seriously, though, there's not much difference between an Atom @ 1.6 GHz and one @ 2.0 GHz. The 25% faster clock isn't really enough to make up for the low IPC.
