Motherboard & ram change!!

Ive just had to swap my motherboard & ram out to a asrock alivexfire-esata r3.0 motherboard & change my ram from ddr3 to ddr2, due to my last motherboard playing up, anyway what i wanted to know, is the asrock board ive got in now, is it any good for overclocking, its got amd 480x chipset & crossfire compatable, some people say its ok for oc,some people say its not very good for oc,so the question is,what do u lot reckon,any imput would be good,as always

It uses an older and somewhat lower quality 4-phase i.e. no solid caps, 2 transistors without a driver... I'm not entirely sure what to recommend actually. I guess it depends on the state of your processor, i.e. avoid unlocking, avoid super high voltages
