Yes, I just need some help regarding the pump!

Model - DC40-2470
Voltage - 24V
current - 1A
head - 7m
flow - 650L/H at zero head
power - 24w

I will use a separate DC supply as its 24V.

I know its sort of cheap but I'm looking for something not expensive....

But will it handles the job?

7M of head is a bit much :/

The 35X which is a pretty powerful pump only has about 4-5 IIRC.

tbh, for the sake of not having to have a separate DC PSU and overall ease I'd get something else.

Ah, I see.

You could get this, but perhaps a GPU block or two and you'd be at it's limits.

A Phobya 400 (or equivalent from EK) http://www.aquatuning.co.uk/product_...Volt-Pump.html will be enough. However they're not the quietest pump around at 12v but with a few components in the loop can be run as low as 5v when they're very quiet. I ran 2 quad rads, 2 MCW60 blocks and a Heatkiller with one of them and even at 5v gave enough flow for acceptable temps.

Exactly as suggested! Get a cheap XSPC pump/res combo. You definitely dont want 7m of head and a seperate DC supply in your PC case.

It'll be worth it to wait and then buy the right part...

So what about this PUMP

Model - DC40-1245
Voltage - 12V
current - 950mA
head - 4.5m
flow - 550L/H at zero head
power - 11.5w

Using this, I don't need a dedicated power supply as it runs @ 12V at just 950mA.
The price is £16.93 Postage:Free, Pumps with similar specs are 3x higher....

Should I give it a try?
