Also, would it be alright to have a 360 at the top and a 140mm at the bottom of the case?

Don't get your heart set on 140. I figure it should be good but I don't have a ton of experience with watercooling so don't take my word as the end-all be-all.

Someone more experienced than I can probably recommend you a better size/model.

edit: Yes, 360 on top and the gpu rad of whatever size on bottom is a common config from what i've seen

Hmm.. well that doesn't work out great since that would mean I have to take out the 140mm at the top and mod the case so that it will hold the rad.. I guess I will have to think about a way of cutting around this :/

Going to post a pic of the layout I'm thinking of.. lol it might be a fail so please can someone suggest something to improve on it. smile.gif

Edit

Would that work?

get 2 240 rads instead of a 360 and 140.... the 360 takes cutting the case up aliltte bit to get it inside. The 240 will fit without any mods.

Have you got two 240's in you're case? :/ I thought it would require a mod to get another 240 in there, if not then that would be brilliant biggrin.gif

I got one so far mount up top through the exisiting fan holes... the bottom one only requires taking out the rivets out of the hd cage. This makes things easier then cutting up such a wonderful case. click the link in my sig for the phantom owners club... lots of ifo in there.

Thank you very much for the link, also can you put the smaller hd cages on top of that?

Edit:

How would I rivet out the hd cage? Would I need any tool or can it just be done by hand? smile.gif
post #30 of 66
you can put the small hd up there, just take your time. Also, to take the rivets out you have to drill them out. its really easy. If I remember right its a 5/32 drill bit.
