Thanks, I would need to drill out holes so that the rad stays there isn't it?

once you drill the holes ou, you can use the bottom of case to mount the rad with fans.

Would something such as the Black Ice GTS 140 be good for the Radeon 6990?

I would like to have a radiator small enough just to remove the 2 drive bay and use that space for the radiator.

Would a 360mm fan be enough for the cpu and gpu or would it not be enough?

think Iv'e seen a xspc rs360 in the top of phantom with out modding as it's a thinner rad athough it only leaves room for 3 fans underneath

Yeah I was thinking about that radiator for the top and a 120mm radiator at teh bottom although I think it would require some modding.
