A stock cooler is going to be difficult.

Please download CPU-z and give us the validation URL:
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

Also, may we recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ as a budget cooler, about 30$ and is a great cooler.

Is CIE/Speedstep off in the BIOS?

Also, Welcome to OCN!

Bump. I'm on my phone. The multi drops because CIE and Speedstep are still on. You have to turn those off in the Bios, is 47c with Prime95 or linX?

The problem is the memory. It's only rated for 800MHz and you have it at 956. In the bottom screen see where it says System Memory Multiplier? Change that to 2.00D, then see how much more you can OC it. Once you get the max OC you can change the 2.00D to another setting that will get the ram frequency to whatever is stable in the 800-900 range.
