Even if it could, I wouldn't risk it. I'd play it a bit more safely, since you'll be out a good chunk of cash if something pops.

At this point you would be going into the extreme. Since it's probably going to throttle like a beast why do it anyway? You'd be wasting your below zero material and your money.

1.4 is stock voltage on when i unlocked a 555 and its running fine on a 3+1 msi 870a-g54
That is unlocked but not overclocked, since I got 2 cores for free I didnt push for anything more!!!
