Recommended to OC my Intel Centrino 2 P7350?

Hello all,

I have a stock(like premade, bought at costco) HP laptop computer I am leaving behind when I go to college. I was wondering if anyone would have any insight into OC a stock laptop computer, with thermal design limitations (this comp only has one fan lol.) Main reason for trying to venture into OC was for fun, and experience so when I do buy a nice new 2nd gen i7 or AMD bulldozer, I could have some minor experience.

above is the link of my proccessor, according to dxdiag

feedback appreciated! =)

1. 99% of store bought laptops cannot be overclocked - the ones that can be are designed to be able to do thus and have sufficient cooling. Generic laptops such as your HP was designed to yeild the highest profits and uses cheap products and a locked bios.

2. Overclocking older processors is nothing like overclocking newer processors. Moving from LGA 775 to 1366 I had to completely relearn to overclock, moving from 1366 to 1155 I had to relearn everything again! Its nice to have stuff in the knowledge bank, but it won't help you with future builds.
