Yep cpu-z says NB frenquency, but he actually means, the CPUNB=integrated memory controler, which is inside the CPU.

2000 MHz ± 10% is fine.

Get your NB as high as you can, 2.8 GHz + is awesome and will give you more performance than your CPU clocks. 3.8 GHz CPU 2.8 GHz NB > 4.1 GHz 2 GHz NB if I recall correctly.

hmm interesting i guess thats why its in the memory tab.

I upped my HT to 3Ghz to get my overclock stable at 4.2Ghz. So far Prime95 would crash within a couple of minutes if I kept HT @2Ghz with CPU at 4.2Ghz, is now running without a hiccup for the last hour.
