Adobe CS5 has encountered an error with the display driver?

So I went to paste something into a canvas, when I went to make the new canvas my PC froze. No BSOD, no nothing, it just froze. I did a hard reset and booted back up. Opened up PS and this appeared:

Now every time I open CS5 it tells me this error.

Current driver version is 11.4. This never happened before using Photoshop, this is the first time it happened.

Has this ever happened to anyone else, and should I update to 11.5?

Well if it only happened once..

Don't sweat it unless it's a regular occurrence.

Uninstalled 11.4, restarted, installed 11.5, restarted. Opened CS5, said the same thing. Went into Preferences>Performance and re-enabled OpenGL and set it to normal. Everything seems to be fine now.

Probably just a stupid crash due to crossfire complications.
