lian li customer service?

Thread Starter
sent an email via the "customer service" tab on their website, its been like 4 days and no reply yet.

I'd like to know where I can get some spare screws for my Q08 case
post #2 of 7
I've see them for sale on sites like frozencpu
Never had to deal with Lian Li directly before.

You can always go to your local hardware store (Ace or similar) and match screws if you need to... but that can be tough for the non hardcore DIY'r

yeah. I checked out frozencpu and performance-pcs, none of them have the screw I need. I'll check out home depot, but I highly doubt that they'll have the same screw in black

lian li customer service is non existent
i usually get no response or the email gets rejected and bounced back

The ones used to screw in the side panels.

search for the right thread size and pitch at a hardware store... if you need black, use a sharpie. It wont be perfect, but it's a quick solution.

I had 3 lian li cases and alot of left-over hardware and I probably spent plenty of time looking for the flat-head black screws you are looking for..... best of luck to ya.
You wont find a perfect match at a hardware store..... but it can get close.
