Are these Volts and temps good

Thread Starter
I Recently OCed my CPU and it went stable with prime (12 hours) and OCCT(8 loops). Iv been trying to configure SpeedFan(very complicated to setup[to me atleast]) and i noticed that my IOH and ICH were just barely hitting 50C. im not sure if thats a bad temp so i could use some advice from experts. take a look at this screenshot and let me know if its normal or if i need to change something.

Use Realtemp and CPU-ID for easier and real temps. What is the OC? 4GHz?

yes im at 4GHz. and realtemp shows same temps for the IOH and ICH. the voltages for those are set to auto right now. im thinkng the temps are high on an idle system. the only work load right now is the GPU which im OCing and testing. but thats it. any ideas?

Idle that is very high.

I figured... I have enough case fans, so wat could the issue be? Voltage maybe? At the moment its set to auto. And my cpu volt is set to like 1.32. Qpi is 1.3 also I think. Any ideas?

this is my current volts and temps... i think the voltage may be too high on the IOH pcie +1.5. and my cpu pll is really low. my manual says 1.2-1.8 is normal... its currently .06..... that cant be right, can it?

Try custom volts and such.

iv been reading around and i guess that 50 is pretty standard for this mobo. im thinking of getting a diff cooler for the NB like a spot cooler or replacing the heat sink thats already on it.. only problem is the darknight is like almost directly over it. so il try spot cooling first and see if that cools it abit. also wen i went into the bios and had it at auto it was at reg volts but the temp was the same. it seems like the volts go up wen windows loads, or HWmonitor is reading it wrong. either way thx for the help but i dont want to lose my 4GHz OC. il try spot cooling and update wen i have results
