Help a newbie with Intel Core i5 760 2.80GHz?

Like the title says, I'm a total newbie at overclocking CPU's.
I have overclocked my graphics card, and I'd like to do the same for my processor. Thing is, I have no idea how to do it. All I know is that it has to be done from the BIOS. And yes, I do know how to access it.
If someone could hold my hand while I do this, it would be great!

Here are the CPU, Mainboard, and Memory screenshots. Courtesy of CPU-Z:

Unfortunately, H55 chipset motherboards can't overclock.

You'll have to do with 3.33Ghz.

I searched around a bit, and I'm pretty sure you can. Any advice how?

I seriously doubt it.

But if so, just look around in the BIOS for the menu. It should have an ability to change voltage, otherwise it's useless anyhow.

You're thinking of H67.

H55 can overclock.

No, I just assumed they were the same.

Hopefully I was wrong.

I have h55 and i can only raise multi. I'd say that most "quality" mobos could overclock on h55.
