Does this look legit 2600k

Best place I thought this belonged.

Been looking for a 2600k for a friends build, and i've come across these ones for £209.99 each on fleabay, which is around £30 cheaper than normal.
The seller has all good feedback from other ones he has sold, but i'm still not sure cause they are so much cheaper than normal, I always go by you don't get anything for nothing so im not sure, other peoples thoughts on these?
