iPod Touch4G help

Thread Starter
I figured this would be the best spot to post this up.

I had a jailbroken 4.3.1 4th gen touch.
I was going to restart it to fresh to sell to someone.

Well I thought it would be a easy enough idea. I did it in the menu with the erase data and network settings button, and now it wont go past the green poison little skull. So it just hangs. I can get it to go to recovery mode to hook up to iTunes, but when I go to restore, and update it won't do jack diddly. So let me know if you can help. Thanks.

If this is the wrong place I apologize.

Getting Error 3194.

go in DFU mode. connect to computer with iTunes opened already.
something among the lines of "itunes has detected an ipod in recovery mode. would you like to update and restore?"

click yes, wait and you should have a fresh ipod
