Yeah I saw it was the better one. Thats one of the best models for ddwrt. Overclocking can help with torrents and such. The more connections the more CPU power you need from your router.

If you have lots of lan or wifi users it can help too. Lots of guys use overclocked routers with DDWRT for coffee shop access points

all right back on topic guys lol, I posted this to help people not comic re-leaf

I guess I should remember that when I take pictures to take everything out of the kids on here view! or else I get hit with this stuff so back to the razer

and as far as the linksys I will just look that up that you and rep+ for the tip

You can overclock SOME routers with a third party firmware, the cooling solutions are not very good though so you'd probably have to mod it a bit.

It can be useful when you have a lot of connections going.

Yeah, that is pretty dusty/dirty. Clean it up with some compressed air and/or Q-Tips and alcohol.

looking into it now thank you very much, as I do have a few things hooked up like 7 to be exact have a 8 port hooked into it as well and modding is not a big deal, kinda into that part just for the fun of it, I am on ddwrt site and looking on how to do it
