That's pretty average I think, or maybe slightly above average on air cooling.

Everything below 1.5v is considered as "good voltage" with aircooling Mine 1055T is golden, 4.1ghz at 1.45v.
1.4-1.45v is average.

1.44v sounds about right.
not all chips are the same so i would stress test it and make sure its stable.
whats your temps?

i usually do around 50 runs of intel burn test on max to stress my clocks.

U have a nice voltage, i run my 965@4ghz and 1.5v. If i even drop the vcore a notch 1 core gets unstable doing prime95. And im on air as well, u should be happy with that voltage and ghz.

A good voltage for a 4 Ghz OC is one that is stable.

I'm never really patient enough to do p95 blend for 12h+ so I generally do it for an hour and if it doesn't blue screen we're all good
Never had any crashes (except for a blue screen the other day, not to do with the overclock because I was rendering in vegas and it's fine in p95) and I've had it running for 2+ months so it's pretty solid.
I get about 30c idle and 53c load (p95), rendering or encoding it only tops at about 49c.
I'm getting better temps everyday as it's getting into winter in Australia
