Do you have more images of the TX case? could you post some, or direct me to a post that has them. I am trying to decide if I want to go with the TH or TX/Ped. Is there a Ped for the TX? Are their color options?

Thanks!

Jim,

How much clearance is there in the MH10 between the motherboard tray and the roof of the chassis?

I.e. how thick a radiator+fan combo will comfortably fit?

Thanks.

There really isn't much room above the MB on a M10 or MH10 (about 58mm). To mount one there pretty much requires the extended top (one of the main reasons it was created). The top itself puts about 64mm of clearance above the frame. The T10/TH10 by contrast, have 173mm of clearance above the MB.

Yea the extended top is great for this. Although you can "fake" some space buy going inverted motherboard. But that only takes away possible slots at the bottom of a motherboard in the MH10 unless you use a smaller board with less slots.

Gonna be putting in the extended top for the rad, and mounting the fans inside the chassis.

Pity I can't use them 76mm thick counter-rotating fans wink.gif

300cfm at 480 pascals.

Ordered in a sample for testing with a 30khz high current PWM controller. I still value my hearing yes smile.gif

Hi Jim,

I'm new to the forum and to the world of insane computer modding for that matter. Have a quick question. I'm really torn between the TH-10 and the STH-10. Can you successfully run 2 push pull rad setups in either the basement or roof of the STH-10 without running into air flow problems? I love the layout of the STH-10 for several reasons, but really plan to run 4 rads if possible. I know you can just about do anything with the TH-10, but I'm not crazy about the HPTX setup. I like how clean the panel looks in the STH-10 with the ATX setup. If there's an option to run the ATX config in the TH, then I'm all over it. Thanks and all I have to say is... WOW! Your products are off the hook. I recently built a HAF-X and thought that was insane. Now, I've seen real quality in your products.

Thanks! biggrin.gif Unfortunately, we don't have an ATX/XL-ATX option for the TH10. It's something we're considering for Gemini, but that's still several months away.

While there is no question that the TH10 pedestal has more room for dual P/P radiators, here is a picture from Pongo's STH10 build with a pair of GTX560's in P/P that gives you a pretty good idea idea of space:

And Welcome to OCN!! cheers.gif

Jim,

I did see that build and was curious to know...

1) is the air gap between the 2 rads sufficient to flow across the rail to all fans within the radiator efficiently; (in other words, will air flow to all of the radiator or just the end with that small of a gap)

2) can I assume that both rads are pulling air from inside and exhausting outward on either side of the screens?

thanks

Oh, and I have another scenario I'd like to throw at you...

Is it possible to use the MAC-168 pedestal as a top on the MH-10 case. That way, I can get a similar look to the STH-10 by using the MH-10 plus a MAC-168 on the top and bottom while getting the added benefit of the wider case/base/top for superior air flow. If so, can I assume the standard thin top would fit the MAC-168 as a top cover? Thanks
