CALLING graphic designers! Is this a total rip off?

Alright for all of you graphic designers out there give me you're input on if this is a scam or not.

A few days ago i received a email from a a company/person claiming they had found some of my art on a online pool (kind of like flickr) and were really interested in using it for a campaign, claiming if it was chosen i would be given $2000. The phone number included looked like it was from a foreign country and im positive it is from Israel.
Here is the email below

I wrote them back the next day asking for more information and showing a slight interest and recieved this email.

I took a screenshot of the contract they wanted me to sign (part of the bottom of the contract is cut off, my fault)

My question is, could this in any way be legit!?
I read through the contract and it sounds like i would be signing over ALL of the rights to my artwork to them to use it in their campaign. I know they could use it and make far more money off of it then i am being paid but, 2k sounds pretty nice right now. The thing is, it sounds like total bs. They are emailing me from Israel, and i just don't want them running off with my money.

Here is the artwork they chose Deviant art

Im posting on here because i really have nowhere else to turn! i need some real advice in this matter because ive never dealt with something like this. Give the documents a good read through if you could and give me you're opinion.

OK, One thing you should do is run this by your friends or contacts over at DA. Maybe they received this too! I'm a DA member as well, but this is the first I've heard about Orange Mobile. May be legit, may be a scam. What does Designmodo have to do with this or is this where they found your art

Sounds pretty fake to me, but who knows, typically scammers cannot spell AT ALL so it may be real. The second number is associated with tifferet films and Orange Israel is a cellular provider so.... dunno sounds a bit so so to me, if they could do a paypal transfer maybe. Ask I suppose, dunno though.

EDIT: The project coordinator (well... one of the 3) links back to here http://www.bnyadv.com/ It seems fairly fake so unless they can do paypal I wouldn't bother.

Hi my name is Eran Harel and i am the project manager
for "the inspire project" here in israel.
first of all let me tell you that this project is
very much real and alive.
we launched "orange israel" new language last week
opening with 4 videos and about 15 graphic designs.
all were made by artists from around the world.
you can see some of it here
and here
we are getting a lot of positive responses to our campaign in israel.
regarding the money transfer issues raised here.
we work with bank transfers due to tax and government regulations
here in israel.but we can use other methods like western union and such.
so Red Fox don't hesitate to call us.
we hope to see more artists involved with our campaign in the near future
Thanks
Eran
