ASUS P8P67 DELUXE vs. P8Z68-V PRO - Page 2

Why not consider MSI Z68A-GD80? The Asus Z68 and the MSI Z68 have the same VRMs but the SFC (Super Ferrite Chokes) of the MSI will handle more current and => better OC. (also sign up for shiprunner trial = free shipping on newegg)

Interesting.. but I just keep hearing MSI have bad Phases and VRMs.

That's 30 bucks more expensive as well I like it though. But for that price.. sigh I just wish there'd be an ASUS Z68 Deluxe available.

I thought it's the same price as the Asus P8Z68-V Pro no? Actually look at the reviews for the Asus P8P67 Pro... scary reviews...

I'd be weary considering that they're probably using the same components... and if you look at this thread: http://www.overclock.net/intel-mothe...omparison.html the Z68 Pro seems to have the same specs as the P67 Pro... which leads me to think you're probably looking at the same board with a different chipset + probably a video out.

I just hope I am one of the "90 %" who won't have issues.

According to that thread, but the complainant has never made a full thread about his complaint?
